Time is money. This is never more true than when upward mobility during your corporate career requires the relocation of you and your family to a new location.           

Often this process involves a Third Party Company that, by contract with your employer,may assist in the marketing of your present home. This marketing program often requires a general whole house inspection and the developing of two or more appraisal reports to establish what is known in the industry as "Anticipated Sale Price". This concept differs from "market value" that is the prescription for mortgage loan appraisals because Anticipated Sale Price requires the Relocation Specialist to follow the guidelines established through the Worldwide ERC...Employee Relocation Council...including what the home is expected to sell for within a specified period of time. For instance, your employer and the third party company may have agreed that "market time" is 120 days hence, in your case the Anticipated Sale Price is the price your home should sell for in "up to 120 days" market time.
